My email address is not verified - What do I do?

If you have changed your email address but have not verified the change by clicking on the link in the email sent to you, you are unable to access any online functionality. A banner is displayed at the top of the Welcome screen:

If you have not received the email to verify your account, you can request another using the Click here to re-send validation email option to resend the validation message.

There is also link on your welcome page advising you of an email address mismatch and inviting you to update your email address (as stored at the practice) automatically.
